1980s Michael Heban for North Beach Leather fish tail wiggle dress. Accented with black piping and gorgeous frog closures at the waist and braided knots on the shoulder and elbow.
Like new! Great condition and an extra cool embossed feathered pattern. This dress has gorgeous pleating on the skirt, huge shoulder pads, and corset like detailing on the waist.
